2010Established in 2010, the Cartagena Half Marathon is now 16 years old. From its first edition in Cartagena, it has evolved into a race that reflects the character of its host region in Colombia.

The course is predominantly flat with sea breezes, featuring colonial architecture and ocean views throughout, making it one of South America's most scenic half-marathons.
