The race starts in the historic walled city center and follows coastal routes along the Caribbean Sea, passing through neighborhoods and along the Bocagrande waterfront. The course is predominantly flat with sea breezes, featuring colonial architecture and ocean views throughout, making it one of South America's most scenic half-marathons.
