The Auckland Marathon starts at the scenic Takapuna Beach on the North Shore and finishes at the iconic Auckland Domain in the city center. The course takes runners through diverse neighborhoods including Devonport, through the Auckland City, and along picturesque waterfront sections with views of Waitemata Harbour and the Hauraki Gulf.
