The Lyon Half Marathon follows a scenic route through the heart of France's gastronomic capital, starting and finishing in the Parc de la Tête d'Or. The course winds through historic neighborhoods, alongside the Rhône and Saône rivers, and passes iconic landmarks including the Basilica of Notre-Dame de Fourvière. The predominantly flat terrain on well-maintained urban roads makes it ideal for fast times.
