A stunning loop course through the iconic caldera villages of Santorini, starting in Fira with breathtaking Aegean Sea views. The route ascends and descends through narrow cobblestone streets, whitewashed villages, and vineyard terraces, featuring sections along the famous cliff-edge pathways. Runners experience authentic Greek island culture while tackling challenging elevation changes with rewards of spectacular Mediterranean vistas.

Santorini
Launched in 2015, the Santorini Experience Half Marathon is one of the newer races on the circuit. Despite its youth, it has quickly built a reputation in Santorini, attracting runners drawn to its scenic routes and challenging terrain and the energy of an event still finding its identity.
With 580m of elevation gain, the Santorini Experience Half Marathon is not a course for the faint-hearted. The climbs are where races are won and lost — where the gap between training and undertrained reveals itself without mercy.
