Course & Elevation

The Porto Marathon is a picturesque urban race that starts in the heart of Porto and winds through the city's historic neighborhoods, including the Ribeira district with its famous riverside views along the Douro River. The course passes through São Bento train station, descends toward the river valley, crosses the Dom Luís Bridge area, and finishes near the Atlantic coast with moderate rolling hills throughout.
