🎯 豆知識
- ▸ Easter Island Marathon is one of the most remote marathons on Earth, taking place on an island 3,500 km from the nearest major city.
- ▸ Runners pass over 15 major moai statues during the course, with Ahu Tongariki featuring 15 restored moai at the race finish.
- ▸ The race attracts twice as many international runners as local participants, with athletes traveling from over 20 countries to experience this Polynesian cultural landmark.
- ▸ Due to island logistics, race bibs and timing chips are hand-delivered to runners' accommodations rather than at traditional expo venues.
